Inspiration as a form of calming: Inspiration could be gotten in many forms for example we get inpired when we are happy,or when we are devastated,when we listen to music or even when we are angry. My dad once told me that when your angry dont make decisions or even think at that moment,during that time of anger you could pick a book and a pen and write out that burning sensation. And that works for any other type of inspiring feeling that you have or feel inside.Thats why i think that inspiration is calming.
